With spring just around the corner, we are now reaping the rewards of the warmer days and cold nights to bring out a variety of spring treasures.  All chefs around the world get this excitement inside them when they sense the oncoming of spring.

Spring is in the Air

The ground is still wet from the melting drifts of snow but the smell of spring is definitely in the air!  Thus it's no surprise that our Chefs in The shore Club kitchen are very excited at the sight of spring and the fresh seasonal ingredients to come.   During the spring months, we are showcasing spring bok choy as our seasonal vegetable option.
