Allison has been a member of The Shore Club team since opening day in 2011 and instrumental in crafting its wine selection.
Every bottle is chosen with the intention of enhancing the guest’s experience with classic steak and seafood pairings.
When Allison is not working on the beverage program at The Shore Club, she can be found teaching at George Brown College, exploring wine country and entertaining friends and family with delicious food and drink.
